Cohesive force is crucial to the development of an enterprise. Objectives, teamwork and union are the forces to drive its forward, and the system is the direction of action and behaviour rules for the employees of an enterprise as well as a link of all members.
为了让集团每位雇员都能了解公司运作﹐了解作为一个XXX集团雇员的权利和义务﹐我们编写了这本<<雇员手册>>以下简称<<手册>>。本<<手册>>参照中华人民共和国有关法律﹑法规﹐并结合公司的实际情况编写而成﹐从公司简介﹑企业文化﹑规章制度等几个方面作了较为全面的介绍。它将指导您了解公司的政策﹐制度和福利状况﹐熟悉了这些内容后﹐您将对公司运作及文化有一个更清楚的认识﹐包括您对我们的期望及我们对您的期望。
The Employee’s Handbook (hereinafter referred to as “Handbook”) is developed for each member of the Group to understand how the company is run, your rights and obligations in the XXX Group. This Handbook is prepared referring to the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and taking account of the actual conditions of the Group. The Handbook includes the company brief, ?corporate culture and rules and regulations, etc, from which you will know about the policy, systems and welfare of the Group. After reading through the contents, you will have a better understanding of the operations and culture of the Group, the expectations of the Group to you and yours to the Group.
本<<手册>>是公司人力资源及行政部改善公司的执法依据﹐是所有雇员行动的指南﹐在公司的范围内具有绝对的权威性﹐各上级要加强对<<手册>>的宣传和培训,力求让每位雇员理解并掌握<<手册>>的内容,各位雇员要熟读<<手册>>的
各项规定﹐并遵照执行。
The Handbook is the basis for the HR and Administration Dept. of the Group to enforce the systems and the rules for the purpose of improving the Group as well as the guideline of actions of all employees, and has absolute authority within the Group. The management of all levels are requested to train employees with the Handbook so that each employee well understand it, while all employees shall bear in all the regulations and rules in it, and observe them.
由于行政管理环境在不断改变﹐政策也要随相应改变﹐所以本<<手册>>中规定的政策﹐公司人力资源及行政部可根据实际情况提出修改﹐但任何政策改变都会及时以通告或内部通知的形式通知各位。同时,本手册所有条文最终解释权在人力
资源及行政部。
For the administration environment is changing and the policy should also be changed accordingly, therefore, the HR and Administration Dept. of the Group shall amend the Handbook from time to time according to the actual status, and? any change in it shall be timely notified to all by means of announcement or internal notice. Finally, the Handbook shall be interpreted and governed by the HR and Administration Dept.

1.1.4 Quality Policy
全员参与质量管理: 通过成立“质量策导委员会”及“改善小组”﹐与高﹑中层管理人员共同参与流程改造﹐且通过不断的培训(包括COP﹑ISO相关培训﹑岗位培训及班﹑组长现场改善能力的培训)﹐达到全员参与。
All is involved in QC: all is involved in QC by means of establishing “Quality Policy Guide Committee” and “Improvement Group”; encouraging all high/medium level management involve in process reform, and by means of training (including the COP and ISO related training, on-the-job training and the site training for foremen and group heads to improve the site management skills).
有效实施过程控制: 透过程序书(COP)、工作指引及作业指导书(WI)等进行过程控制。
Effective procedure control: implement the procedure control by means of the COP, work direction and work instruction (WI), etc.
持续改善质量体系: 通过统计分析﹑内审及流程改造等﹐并通过纠正及预防措施﹐把不合格点消除。
Continual improvement: eliminate the defects by statistic analysis, internal audit and flowchart reform, etc. as well as the corrective and preventive measures.
竭力满足客户需求: 通过客户满意度的调查﹐更明白客户的需求﹐有针对性去改善﹐令客户满意度提升。
Meet the customers’ demand: well understand customers’ demand by investigating customer satisfaction and make an aimed plan to improve the customer satisfaction.
