In our process management, we undertake to comply with the following articles:
- To entrust translation work to professionals working exclusively into their mother tongue;
- to ensure that translated or adapted texts are revised;
- to have available the human resources necessary to ensure efficient management of multilingual projects;
- to have available the technical and logistical infrastructure needed to fulfill each task;
- to meet the deadlines agreed with the client;
- to guarantee that all documents translated remain strictly confidential;
- to entrust translation work to professionals with adequate experience in the relevant subjects;
- to strive for terminological consistency and uniformity in each subsequent text for the same client;
- to give the client all the assistance and service which he or she is entitled to expect;
- to organize the ongoing training of the various players involved in a translation project.
Quality shall be measured, and checked and evaluated scientifically. Daxinya introduced the integration of sampling check and total check according to MIL-STD-105E sampling system and Specification for Translation Service—Part 1: Translation (GB/T1936.1-2003) and Target Text Quality Requirements for Translation Services (GB/T19682-2005).
Each completed translation shall be reviewed and a QC Report shall be produced with detailed qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Only the conforming translations are allowed to release to clients. As a rule of zero defect, the translators shall take corrective measures according to the QC report even if the work is judged pass.
Below is a QC report we are producing for each translation task.
